 1. Bill of Sale / Health Guarantee 
2. Non refundable Deposit
3. Spay / Neuter Contract (required for 
limited FCI registration)
4. Right of Return (States that if you ever 
need to find your puppy/dog a new home, 
that you will bring it back to us, not re-sell it, 
give it away, turn it over to any rescue or 
shelter etc.)

If you would like to see a copy of any of these 
contracts before your purchase, please let me know. 


Our #1 responsibility to our puppies is to 
find them loving forever homes and we 
will do everything within our power to 
make sure that happens.
